To find out if we are the right fit, I invite you to contact us for a free 15-minute consultation, However, it is not required. During our preliminary call, we will discuss why you’re looking for therapy and what your desired outcomes are. This is an opportunity for you to see if you are comfortable with what I have to offer and to also choose if I am the right fit for you.

 

1:1 Psychotherapy - $150.00 | 50-minute, per session |


Upon completing the consultation, and choosing to pursue therapy, we will create a goal-oriented plan, where we will unpack what you are facing and work collaboratively at making improvements in the quality of your life. My priority is to become a trusted and safe source for you to feel comfortable in sharing your thoughts and feelings, and allowing you to slowly evolve into your true potential.
